This present volume captures te events as they unfolded over the last three years affecting peple's life mostly with long-term negative impact leading to unusual ecological disasters, widening of social injustices, rampant corruption and abuses, aggression, and many more. Yet the airing of such issues publicly seems so diminished as though the ensuing discussion is unmatched to the severity of the issues at hand, lacking the appropriate impetus and action. Thus many of the concerns raised remain unreolved, worse reappearing time  and again in more dire states. More generally it is framed on the issues of nation-building, post-Merdeka. This volume is dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the nation's independence with the hope some of the ideas and opinions offered in the volume can spur even more dialogue especially among the younger generation, to collectively redefine the future.
