Muhammad Ridhwan Ab. Aziz, PhD is the Associate Professor at Faculty of Economics and Muamalat, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). He received his first degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) from the University of Malaya in 2001 and a Master's degree in Islamic Studies in 2008, specializing in Islamic Banking. In 2011, he was awarded a doctoral degree in Islamic Banking, also from the University of Malaya. His area of expertise is in the field of Islamic banking and finance, Islamic commercial law, Islamic money and capital market as well as Islamic financial institutions.
